so here I am, after all these years

finally reading the Kingdom Hearts manga.


this is good stuff.



The only reason I decided to look it up was out of sheer boredom and curiosity. About 5-6 years ago some girl who likes Kingdom Hearts told me it was awful and I went on her word and just assumed it was awful. dumb girl.

 

The moral of this story is "Don't listen to bitches".

 

The manga is what got me into KH.

Thats right KH-vids, I never played KH 1 or 2 or CoM... I read the manga... just a shame they stopped in the US half way through 2. ; ;

 

anyone who says Kingdom Hearts of any kind (minus Re:Coded cause i get that) is dumb deserves no respect.

Just came in here to say, Below, I like your avatar.

Red Line is a fantastic movie and whoever hasn't seen it is worse than whoever hates/hasn't played&hates Kingdom Hearts.

 

Thanks, I'm genuinely surprised at how many people haven't seen it.

 

The KH story is ridiculous so why would I want something that's all story and I can't swing a key at someone in between?

 

I've only read about 25 chapters, but so far the story in the manga is much more coherent than the games and adapts surprisingly well.
It is the same story, but with a few tweaks here and there because obviously, this is not a game, so it would not be able to function without making some adjustments. I suggest reading it. Chapters are a mere 8 pages in length (for the most part) and there is only a total of 4 volumes.


of course if you just don't like the story at all, it won't make any difference. and if that's the case I have to ask, why do you or have you played them at all?

 

Because I like Squeenix, and the gameplay is fun, the story is fucking stupid.

I've read the manga and I like it because it isn't the exact same, it has funny bits that you don't get in the game.
