    removing the weapon restrictions for classes was a very good move. it opened up a lot more ways to play and like you said, variety. also the addition to biotic/tech explosions was awesome.

    Yeah, in a lot of ways, ME2 was better yet worse than the first when combat was involved. Playing through the game with only a pistol and submachine gun was annoying as hell. At least in the first you could theoretically use all weapons in certain situations, or you had a lot of abilities to choose from at worst.

    Second one's fine. Even Jermz here used to like it. USED.

    But yeah, it's just incredibly different. Much more of an action game.

    And the fact there are no romance restrictions for femHawke. (That's the only thing I wish was integrated in Mass Effect. I wanted a space lesbian harem for femshep :c )

    That's what those Dating Sim games are for, man!

    Recommend The Silent Grove, Those Who Speak and Until We Sleep comic series then. Both of them, along with King Alastair, go on an adventure of their own. Imagine, the three biggest jokers in the Dragon Age series going on a serious quest and then loads of booty and you've got it.
