I didn't like it very much. You should sharpen the background, because it's very blurry.
The text is not very good too, try make it go with the flow.
And make a border

Yeah, I'm not too confident about the text myself. I personally think the sig could do well without it. Otherwise pretty neat work, I like the lightening effect~
