Sims 3 extras

    So I bought the Sims 3 and registered online, because I liked the extras they have. I figured hey, I have 1000 free Sim Points, so I go to download a few clothing items, not to mention a free town for registering. The problem? The item gets into the Sims Startup Menu/Downloads, starts to download, and stops, with a circle and line through it. I can't click on it, unless I go to delete it. I've searched the site and a few others, but no one else seems to have this problem. Anyone else?

    Have you updated your game to the latest version yet?

    Are you trying to download more than one at a time?

    Will it let you download it in the format of .sims3pack?

    I don't use EAxian downloads, so I don't quite remember how the downloading thing works.    ​
