Birth by Sleep Should We be Concerned?

I don't think we ever waited this long for North America to add their splash page on a KINGDOM HEARTS title later the game was released in Japan. With no official word yet on the game coming to the states or Europe, does it have any of you guys concerned?

Kinda makes me feel that our assumed release day in May won't be happening at this continuing rate.

 

I am also worried. Not because of a release date, but for a confirmation of an English release. I know some VAs confirmed roles for an English version, but Square-Enix NA has not even anknowledged the games exists, or that it's even coming out here.

 

Perhaps Square is trying really hard not to distract even a little bit from the release of Final Fantasy XIII in March. Maybe we'll get something around then?

I'm not concerned. BBS is the center of the future of KH. We'll see it come out worldwide. I mean it's more important than 358/2 days and coded if you think about it. And if it doesn't, they would have a hard time explaining what happened in the next future title to international audiences.

 

I would assume the fact we have confirmed English voice actors, such as Jessie McRoxas as Ventus and Quiton Flinn as Lea, to be confirmation of an English release. Don't worry.

 

Oh lord let he come out in NA dont amke my grandma have wasted her money on a psp because i wont use it explet for KH XD!

 

I, for one, am not concerned. It really hasn't crossed my mind. I am pretty sure it's going to be released here. If not, i'll just import it like KHFM and KH2FM+. xD

Someone on Youtube who claims to work at Gamestop says it will be released in May, and sell for $40...Take it with a grain of salt.

 

If I recalle correctly, the release date for KH2 wasnt anounced to the end of Januray of 06. And it was released Dec 22 of 05 in Japan. We'll probably hear something at the end of February or around March. Like someone else said, they might wait till after FFXIII NA release. Sqaure usually focuses on one game at a time and will typically anounce the release date 1-2 weeks prior to the release of the next game.

KHII was anounced about 2 weeks prior to the release of Grandia III. So dont start worrying until the end of March. lol

 

I'm getting kinda worried, I know that square sometimes keep certain games to themselves in Japan I hope that this won't be the same. They were nice to us with Re: COM I just hope they are feeling generous again, anyhow it will get them more money so they should :P

 

I think this has already been mentioned, but I doubt that they would do that with a game as pivotal as Birth by Sleep.

The release date will come in due time. ;]

It's definitely coming out in NA. Too many voice actors have already said theyve been working on it. KH is a huge money maker in NA. They will release it since it is important to the games story.

 

It would be purely rediculous for it NOT to be released for NA.

Why? If you remember correctly, the NA release of KH2 had its own secret ending on it, other than the FM+ version. I, for one, am not concerned.

A release date will come eventually, if not soon. Atleast I'm pretty sure of it.

 

Well the NA secret trailer was the same as the japanese one. Then FM+ came out and the extended BbS secret trailer was shown.

I give it till the middle of March until we find out a release date.

 

GameInformer said it will be released in NA sometime this summer, between June and August. They said they got that info directly from Sqare Enix.

 

I'm sure we'll be fine. BBS reveals a ton of secrets. Square probably wouldn't leave us in the dark like that.

 

I would be concerned if I had already bought a PSP just for this game. I'm waiting for news on it before I decided to buy a PSP yet. I may even just borrow a friends psp instead when I buy the game. I still have plenty of time to decide anyway.

It better release here or something will die.
