Well this thread went in a totally different direction.

I have no opinion on the matter, if it is tested then I would rather see the results but I don't think it could be tested as people would go mad if it was then illegalised again.

I am fairly certain he is just mistaken and that pedophilia is not a crime. When you are arrested, it is for child molestation or child rape, not for pedophilia. I have never heard the term used this way in a court setting of any kind. Thank the media if anyone for this misconception.

 

If we're just talking about weed, I highly doubt it's going to be that serious. You couldn't walk in a room at my first college without finding somebody who smoked, but they were the nicest, most well-adjusted people I ever did meet. Low-pressure environment, too; not only did they never push me to smoke, many were courteous enough to open a window if I started coughing or complained of a stomach-ache. It's a fact as far as I'm concerned that alcohol is more dangerous, and that's plenty legal.

Definitively, not all pot-heads are as bad as everyone say they are, I know plenty a lot are my friends, and to be honest I like it a hell of alot better then alcohol

I legitimately tried to type up a post about how I do that illegal thing, staying as vague as the first post. Then I went back and reread the thread, saw the subject change, and am glad that I didn't.

I smoke weed, a lot.
I am not attracted to most minors.

 

So there you go. You cannot be arrested for pedophilia (child fetish) just like you cannot be arrested for biastophilia (rape fetish). You can only be arrested if you act on them.


Also, I think birds should be illegal. Just find all the little car crapping *******s and hang them for being birds. What do you say?
