I agree with TsuFortississississimogamusH about your post. A lot of my friends do it, including myself, and we keep away from the other hardcore drugs out there. I do great in school, I got a full ride to a university, so I know it's not making me stupid. Not every person that smokes it will kill themselves. I hate those commercials that give weed a bad rep like that. Yes, it's illegal. Yes, a good percentage of ppl who do it are dumb potheads. But that's not the weed's fault. The dumb potheads would still be lazy and stupid as ever without it. They just wouldn't be potheads. Out of all the times I've done, I've never been sick, felt like killing myself, and I haven't heard of anyone actually doing that

What, the Scooby Doo thing? What does that have to do with anything? Subliminal advertising was proved to be inefficient, even if it wasn't this is so obscure and ridiculously twisted that if it was intended it would never work. Anyway, in the original series I believe that Shaggy actually was a stoner. :/

I would have to say only in some places but just not the United States.

    Places like where?
    Why in those places?
    Why not in the US?

What could it be that makes the US so individual from other places that it's "too good for legalizing marijuana" while other places should have it?

Honestly, I don't think any drugs should be legalized.

People usually can't function properly when high, and what if they get this brilliant idea to take a ride in their car, then end up crashing and killing themselves and possibly others?

It's not a risk worth taking.

Actually, according to my friend, driving while drunk is more dangerous than after smoking a joint. He said you still have decent motor skills when high, unlike when drunk.

but I think it should be legalized. The only real reason it is illegal is because the government can't regulate.

And also, I remember reading somewhere that marijuana is not as lethal as a cigarette.

I don't see the problem. Let the druggies ruin their life. Besides it's a way to have fun now and then.

Oh thank you for bumping this. Now that you have, a common question here; what's the difference between illegal drugs and legal alcohol/tobacco? Alcohol primarily, because the main difference between the two is that when you're high you don't really feel like driving.

Where did you hear that when high you really don't feel like driving? My friend really only drives willingly when high.

I've put much thought into this, to say

    It should be legalized.
How the **** can you compare being high to being drunk, and try to find flaws of the kush!
They are even less harmful than cigarretes, if you compare the smoker to actively take cigarretes.

Marijuana, whoever says whatever, can get ignored, is the shieet.

If marijuana is legalized more and more people would succumb to addiction.
I don't know about the second-hand-smoking aspects of marijuana but it does not seem good.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I've heard something about Marijuana not being that addictive....

You do realize that cigarettes are more addictive than weed, right? marijuana is natural, not some **** made in a facotry. Hell, I don't even tihnk marijuana is truly addictive, but I could be wrong. It's definitely easier to stop smoking weed than to stop with cigarettes.

There really isn't any difference, but I'm strongly against alcohol, smoking, and drugs. I'd rather live in a world where they never existed. I don't even think alcohol or tobacco should be sold in any way.

Rght, while marijuana does have the potential to be addictive in some people it's not nearly as addictive as people are led to believe.
Well, at least you're not a spineless flip-flopper and actually have a strong opinion. I respect you for that.

Marijuana cannot cause chemical addiction like nicotine.

It is only if you have an addictive personality, that such a thing occurs. Which means you shouldn't do it in the first place.

Hell yea it should be legal. first it could stimulate the economy. second it's just a plant that grows but cigarettes are made from tabacco. third most people don't smell weed as much as they do cigarettes. but probably the downside would be that too many people would use it like kids under the age of 18. but other wise make it legal... at least for the economy.
