should i...or shouldnt i?

well i turned 14 on tuseday right...and now i want a job,nothing big...small jobs...just toget me money...i was thinking about the hairdressers,but do like the cleanning and sweeping and stuff...i wouldnt ask for much money either...probly £3 or £5 ...but i dunno anymore...

what should i do? wait till im a little older? or go for it?

 

I would say your schooling comes first. I'm not sure about child labor laws over in the U.K or how the school year runs.

But I worked summers when I was 14.

 

hm...might leave it...cos i was thinking...get home after school..then go to work and work at weekends...

 

To be honest. If you're looking for work at 14...DON'T! Unless you want the excerise (and small money)

you get little amount of money but doing long hours. Despite the law permits somewhere around 7-10 hours a week but it goes un-noticed because children does not know their right.

 

I say wait until next year. See how much work you'll be getting this year, but start looking =]

 

It's easier when your sixteen or eighteen. Jobs don't hire people who can't drive themselves around all that much. I waited until I was eighteen and got a job easily. Now I'm applying for a job at Game Stop. I work in a deli and it sucks. But if you still want a job I wish ya luck.
