Chain of Memories should i get it

i don't know if this should be in the COM section or the RECom section but should i get COM or just wait for RECOM? plz help

Re:com looks prettier and has nicer graphics etc, but Com has the whole "it's the original" appeal about it.

Well, stores don't sell a new version anymore, so if you were to get it you'd have to go to GameStop/EB Games/local game store. The used games aren't that expensive either; I've seen CoM for $10 to $17.99. It's not a bad thing to get, since it can be a good boredom killer while on a trip and your family is bugging you. >_>

But yeah, in the end, it's up to you. :3

 

Wait for Re:CoM. It's everything that CoM is and more.

 

I say you shoud play Re:CoM. Much better gameplay. It also has MUCH better graphics than CoM (Obviously).

 

well, i see the only reason to buy com is so you can battle friends.

 

I'd say wait for re-com. Its awesome graphics and scenes will be 100% guaranteed awesome.

I believe that it is up to you. Although, I would wait, because honestly, I have not even finished CoM yet. And I really don't plan on doing that soon. So, I would say wait.

 

If you want to fight an extremely hard boss, get CoM, but if you want to fight the exact same boss but he is easier, get RE:CoM. The boss in question is Repliku boss battle 2. In RE:CoM, you can still summon King Mickey even though in CoM you couldn't. And since King Mickey heals you, you can't heal in the CoM version (excluding the Oogie Boogie boss card)

 

RE:CoM is the better game really. Better everything and none of the story is at all lost in it. I'd suggest waiting for it as it's also better to play since it's on the PS2. CoM was fun but really, the only challenging fight I had in it was Repliku in the last fight with Sora and the last fight he had with Riku. Once you get the cards down, either game is a challenge but not a big one.

 

It's your choice really, but if I were you I'd wait for the ps2 release. It's COM plus much more, with better graphics, gameplay and those awesome cutscenes we all love <3

 

ReCOM, i thought of getting the original, but when i heard that ReCOM was going to be released, im going to wait for that

 

Personally, I would wait for Re:CoM. It's pretty much the original CoM, except it's overall much cooler (3D, voice acting, new cards, etc etc) But that's just my opinion. Don't let it decide for you.

 

as basically everyone has said
just wait for re:com since it'll be out in like 2 months anyways
plus it has 3-d graphics, voice-acting, which in my opinion makes a game alot more fun and interesting
anywho it's only like $10-20 more than com for gba would be...and paying like $30 for a game is not that much =/

It depends really. I personally thought it was the best GBA game. If you are a big KH fan get it.
