I bought a PSP 3000 oem charger from ebay, and the person sent me a 1000 oem charger.

I am not satisfied. Here is there return policy:

Should I send it back? Because they don't say that they will necessarily refund as far as I can tell, and I'm certainly not going to send it back if I don't get 100% of my money back.

Or, should I contact ebay and see what they say? because the item I got is clearly not the one in the picture, and not the one that the title says (it says 1000 on the back.)

either way it seems like a huge hassle, but if I'm not satisfied and I didn't get the item I payed for, shouldn't I be able to get a full refund at the sellers expense?

here is the link for those curious

and here is what I got

I know it's not really that important, and it does work, but I'm finicky that way, and not to mention that it still technically wasn't what I thought I was buying.

Try contacting the seller and explain what happened. Maybe you two can come to an agreement

Ask them to pay for the return postage as it was their fault. If they refuse then contact ebay.

I hope you didn't buy that as new. XD

You didn't receive what was promised to you via the terms and conditions of the Ebay selling format. You are within your consumer rights to demand a replacement or refund.

If the agreement is I get all of my money back and they pay for postage, sure, we can come to an agreement.

No, it said used. But I was assuming the quality would be at least somewhat similar to how it is in the picture. I was mad enough when I saw how it was in horrible quality, but seeing that it's not even what I bought is really frustrating.
I've had my original charger for nearly 4 years and it's in perfect condition (except for the tip which is tearing off, which is why I wanted a good replacement)

here is my original. You can see why I wanted a replacement. I'm not sure why it started doing that. It started out of nowhere a couple months ago after being perfect for years and it has just gotten worse since.
