Digital Art Shinigami-Sama, why so red in the face?

This is something I made for my sister 5 minutes ago when she asked me how do I make them, so I made it showing her a basic way of making a sig. She chose most of the options, I only chose the render and did the work XD

I like it, it's cute and funny. xDD

But it needs alittle more designs, it looks just a tad plain. But I love the colour red. :3

Um...I don't even know what it is, but add some more contrast, like...some light. Don't add more pictures, because then you'd have more than one focal point.
Parts of it look ovesharpened, too, and the background looks like just a C4D.
Keep working.

 

I'm not going to work on it because it was a quick example for my sister, as I said in the first post. But thanks for the feedback, its giving me tips for future works or if I finally decide to do more on this.
