"This is going to break me clean in two This is going to bring me close to you She is everything I need That I never knew I wanted She is everything I want That I never knew I needed It's all up in the air And we stand still to see what comes back down I don't know where it is I don't know when But I want you around when it falls in place." More manga coloring. Pretty proud of this one, probably my favorite to date. Currently working on a new one, but I still like this one more. Blurred the background, leaving it gray. Spoiler CnC? Inspired by The Fray's "She Is". Full song, if anyone's interested.
I like this one a lot. :] I think the blurring was a good choice, it makes it all seem very intimate & all. The coloring on the girl (Horo?)'s hair is very nice, and for whatever reason I really like the light on the guy's vest. o_o I'm unsure if that's caused by the original scan though, but I suppose I'll give you credit for it. Only complaint is the girl's blushing. It's not exciting enough. ;o
Why thank you. O: Yes, that's Horo. xD I finally got (and saved) her hair color right, so yeah, I'm happy with that too. On the previous ones I wasn't able to get the light brown quite right. As for Lawrence's vest...it was partly the manga and partly me; I played with the burn tool a bit. Kind of just followed the stripes. >> And ehhh I'm not good at a fan of super bright blushes. Plus it's more of a subtle thing in the anime, so I stuck with that.
Alright haha, fair enough, I like my blushes to be exaggerated so I guess it's just a matter of taste. This may stem from the fact that I am incapable of blushing. B| But yeah, it took me forever to get a skin color I liked. I saved that thing to my swatches immediately. ;o
Some of us aren't as girly as others Misty. :B I've most of the swatches saved now, and I think I'm going to keep with the theme of The Fray's songs. O:
