I love the Kairi and Zack ones. They are great.
The Orihime one seems a bit strange...not sure why, though.
I like the fourth one. ^^
The Sora one, he seems like he's being stretched so that he would fit. I don't know, it just appears that way.

 

Now that I look at it, it does look like he has been stretched, but he hasn't...weird. And I did like, a lot of different stuff on the Orihime one, so it probably looks weird because of that.

 

The one with Zack is the best.

 

I agree, love the Zack one~ And the Kairi avatar is equally well too ^w^

 

Awesome! I really like the 3rd and 4th ones. The Kairi one looks a little bit too detailed, but it still looks really cool.
