    SERIOUS ALERT:
    Sephiroth is also vastly underpowered in KH along with the rest of the FF characters. I think I can recall Nomura stating somewhere that at the time of KH1, Sephiroth was at a 1/3 of his original power just so Sora had a fighting chance against him. If I find it, I'll post it.
