    The first time I played the game it took me to about Level 70-75 to beat him.

    Then I kicked his butt for the rest of my 30 levels to Level 100, and started a second game.

    I beat him at Level 40 with the Kingdom Key (just for kicks).

    I first beat him at 82. It wasn't that hard. I found him MUCH harder in Kingdom Hearts II.
