I've killed him. It's not all strategy you know, just hit and run xD

If I had a recording device I'd show you guys (girls). Just yesterday I beat him at Level 45 with the Decisive Pumpkin, I didn't use the Fly Ability, AND my Double-Jump Ability is only at Level 1.

I'm pretty sure the "Fly Ability" is called "Glide", and the "Double-Jump Ability" is either "High Jump" or "Aerial Dodge".

    Seph is way to easy.

I can't beat him in kh1, but he's easy in kh2 cuz when you hit him, he actually loses hp.

    ROFL. So true.
You don't have movement abilities in KH1, or Slide Dash, or anything like that. It totally bites.

That offends me, because i'm a girl. second of all, i beat him without glide or Ultima Weapon. I used Oblivion. in KH2, i mean.

    Agreed. XD

Not to mention that there's no reaction commands.

But Sephiroth is hard. For me, at least.

The "Unknown Elderly Man" from the KH2 FM+ secret ending.

He looks pretty ruthless. But somehow, I doubt he's going to be insanely difficult.

Looking back I don't think fighting Sephiroth was all too difficult, but beforehand people get intimidated by his fearsome reputation...which causes nervousness...which causes lack of skills...which usually leads to failure and more intimidation.

Therefore, ultimately Sephiroth is screwing with our heads '<<

I haven't beaten him yet in either of the two games...but I haven't tryed all that hard, I only fought him about five or six times before I gave up to try later.

I would not say Sephiroth in 1 or 2 was simple. I will say though that once you get the pattern down, yes, it's far easier. I died quite a few times on both of the Sephiroth battles, but as I worked out the pattern and memorized it, he was much easier. Now I can beat him easily because I know what to do for each stage of the fight. I don't know anyone who could just walk in and kick his butt and not lose a few times before seeing the pattern.

To help others that had hard times, I posted how to defeat him on another forum and get by each attack he did in KH1 and KH2 because of how well I memorized just about every attack depending on where you were to him and what he did automatically. They were good challenges. Also, KH2 Seph was easier for me since he had a lot of similar moves he did in KH1 and the Reaction Command, though he was faster.

I'll admit, even I die SOMETIMES. I just think.....well, I kind of want a more challenging fight, one that will ALWAYS be unpredictable.<<But that's only a fantasy, isn't it?

Yay! You are human after all ^^

If you want a bigger challenge of KH2 FM there's loadsa new bosses as well as a an extra level of difficultly, that is assuming that you don't already have FM and you probably already knew all of that anyway. OK. I'll be quiet now...
