Implemented Sending PM's to more people?

Staff and prem certainly should since at that point odds of an advertizing spree are significantly less.

Normies I think should get a little increase as well. To my knowledge mass PM advertisments are pretty rare (in my 5 years on KHV I think I've gotten 3) and as Jayn pointed out we can deal with those people as they come.

 

Mmkay guys, I've increased it to the following:
Normal Members: 10
Premium Members: 15
Staff: 20
Mark and I can send them to however many people we want because we are that cool.

If you guys start to get a lot of PM advertisements all of a sudden I'll bring it back down, but I really doubt that will happen. Enjoy it. =]
