Guess what, another hack on a games company. I should just make a thread of all the hacked gaming companies now, in the past and the future.

Anyway, in summary of the news I found, SEGA have been hacked, no personal details disclosed, recommend customers change their password. Lulzsec has claimed that they aren't responsible and that they'll attempt to track down the original hackers. They claim it's because they loved the Dreamcast, and SEGA.

This is making me really uncomfortable D: if Lulzsec could get Sony and now some other person can get Sega so shortly after, what does that say about their security and how it protects their users? People who trust in putting in their personal information to these companies are probably pretty nervous by now.

LulzSec, at least from what I've seen, is pretty open on what they do and don't do. So I'm not sure who went after Sega, but it just further proves that just about any company or network can face these threats.
