    Seriously, I'm having issues.

Just now, for example, I was standing around when my vision got all weird and...um...the best way to describe it, I guess, is that my vision started shaking. Like, everything started moving back and forth kinda quick-ish,, making me slightly nauseated and, at times, giving the illusion I was spinning in circles.

Another thing that happens pretty frequently is that out of nowhere, I'll hear this buzzing sound that starts off really faint, then gets kinda loud in my head and doesn't go away for a few moments.

It's all really unnerving, and I'd appreciate if someone had any ideas that might help. :/

Is there anything you think that you might be stressed about?
If so, maybe you're just letting your mind play mind games with you.

I know my eyes have done the rapid movement thing so that sounds halfway familiar. It usually occurs when I'm overtired and goes away when I get a good night's rest.

The buzzing you might want to get a doctor to look at.

You either have not slept enough or have not eaten in a great while, maybe a full day, or are failing to make up for lost sleep.

This kind of thing stops when you close your eyes. Or when I close my eyes, anyway. Your mind is getting tired of processing images, not enough energy. I suggest eating chocolate when you feel like this and sleeping more before going to a doctor about it. If you still have issues, then a doctor is probably needed.

Others may be more proficient, but this has been my experience.

Now that you mentioned it, the times the shaking thing happened were a bit stressful. Could you elaborate with the mind games thing? I don't fully understand what you're getting at.
That's probably some sound advice for the vision thing... *glances at clock telling me it's 11:30 pm*

The thing is, I'm not sure about the buzzing. Sure, it's irritating when it happens (it's like one of those high-pitched mosquito whistle things), but it doesn't last too long and, while more frequent than the shaky vision, is still pretty intermittent. I'm not sure if it's the kind of thing I should trouble a doctor with.

...I'm not very good at this trying-to-get-help thing, am I? I ask for advice, then say, "No, give me something else." *headdesk* I apologize.

Yeah, I'm kinda bad about getting enough sleep. I do plenty of eating, but you wouldn't guess from how thin I am. >///>

More about the vision problem: Sometimes, it doesn't stop when I close my eyes. I'll open them right up again, and everything is still moving.

    ...Maybe I do need a doctor. o.o

The vision shaking is most likely, as everyone said, lack of energy. This means, you're hungry and/or tired.

I do not have this vision problem, but I think, pretty sure that I hear this same sound often. Since... well months, if they are not years with this sound. Isn't like the buzzing of a Mosquito (for this sound, I think I have Phonophobia), but it's something that I hear already on my brain, it didn't even pass through my ears and are in my brain. And I am not sure if this is Tinnitus because I'm not distress when I hear this sound, there is no why for being stressed when I hear that annoying sound.

Differently from the buzzing of the Mosquito (for me that sound is Phonophobia), that sound doesn't scary me and I either dislike (or like) it. I don't really know what is but I ignore it.

When I hear that sound, and try to focus in another thing, that sound just increases. So it's a matter of time until it vanish.

I'm sorry if I'm not for much help, but please if the sound's really high and annoying for you and/or the vision issue persists, look for a doctor.

    How are you feeling now?
Those things keep up with which frequency?

I can think of three things for this:
    1) Your not sleeping enough,Maybe working to hard.Go to sleep early.
2)Not eating enough,or depriving your self of things necessary to consume.Take vitamins and drink water.
    3) You might be moving too much. When you lay/stand/sit down to much, then suddenly get up blood in your head moves, and your vision is changed. It happens alot to me.

What you said has a lot of sense. With me is...
    1) Yea, now that I'm in vacation, I going to sleep very late, but waking up very late too!
    2) Always a fruit (or more) and 3 chestnut per day. Speaking of water, I look like a whale because I drink a lot of water.
    3) Yes, this happens with me too. For the vision issue, this are the only times it occurs.

Maybe this is Tale Wind's problem?

1.) Yeah, I really don't sleep enough... *headdesk*

2.) I actually eat quite a bit, which is surprising, as I'm slightly underweight. (Curse you, double-edged sword of high metabolism!) Vitamins aren't a bad idea, though.

3.) The blood-rushing-to-your-head-all-at-once also happens to me, but that's different from the shaky vision. When the BRTYHAAO happens, my head throbs, my vision...fades? Gets really white? I don't really know, but I just lean against a wall and close my eyes for a while and wait it out; it goes away pretty quickly. As others have said, the shaking is most likely because I'm tired, I'm starting to think.

Do you Liston to a lot of music? Because that buzzing noise your hearing is actually a very common thing with today's teenagers. It means the hairs (I don't know a better word for them, I'm not a doctor after all) inside your inner ear are dieing. Basically you have listened to too much loud music for too long, it won't harm you or anything, it just means in latter life you will have bad hearing. I know this because I have this problem too and I asked my doctor about it, and that's a simple version of what they said, also with the dizziness, nausea, spinning feeling, this all points to something being wrong with your inner ear, maby you have an ear infection? Which could also be another reason for hearing the buzzing noise
