Seekers

Kiara made it to a cave before the rain hit her and Santeria. She pulled her off her back and set her against the cave wall, and she changed back inti her human self.
"Santeria, are you okay?" she asked examining her wounds.

"I'll be fine Kiara. Maybe someone will come by and help," she said hopefully.

 

"god dammit, i hate the rain!" Kei shouted stupidly, he slashed at a nearby tree with a knife before standing at a entrance of the cave which Santeria and kiara where in, he clicked his tongue and the sound echoed through the cave. Kei listened until the sound stopped echoing, "well, its not that big." he muttered to himself.

 

Revan had found a cave while running from Kaori. He didn't like the idea of running from a battle, but he tried to tell himself that he didn't have another option. He just sat in the cave, watching the rain fall.

"Rainy nights like these are such a nuissance. I wasn't going anywhere 'till morning, anyway."

He would've fallen asleep, but his body was too irritated to rest. He picked up his swordstick and walked further into the cave. It was pretty deep, so he would'nt have to worry about the moonlight for a while.

Kiara turned to the entrance of the cave and ran towards it, wondering who was there. She was Kei, and she immediately got into an attack mode, just in case.

 

Kaori curled up, and tired to fall sleep but her muscles were still shaking. "what wrong with me?" she asked herself.

Kei walked into the cave, wondering what he will do in the morning, "woah there, lycan." He looked at kiara and asked, "where is santeria?"

"What do you want here?" Kiara asked

 

"calm down, i have came to see little santeria, where is no need to spill blood here." Kei said,

OOC: got to go, dinner!!

 

She sighed and backed off, as she sat next to Santeria.


"What is it that you want to see me for?" Santeria asked with a calm smile.

 

Kei tipped his hat in greeting, "its long since i have seen you, little Santeria." he said simply.

 

"Hmm, so I know I've met you before. My memory isn't what it used to be since my first ambush. Mind telling me your name stranger and why you call me little Santeria?" she asked calmly with a chuckle.

 

Kei laughed, "yes, i heard about the ambush..." he trailed off, then sat down, "i suprised that you don't remember me, i'm Kei, The reason i called you little because when i left you was still a child." he said.

 

"Oh..Tell me, how was it that I knew you? Personal friend of mine, my parents or my older brother?" she asked.

 

"i was one of your personal teachers, and a close friend to you and your family." Kei said wth a smirk, "you're 17 now aren't you? and who is your lycan friend?" he asked when he glanced at Kiara.

 

"I think I can recall you Kei," she said smiling. She looked over at Kiara.
"Her name is Kiara, and she is a very close friend of mine," she said.

Kiara huffed and sat down, folding her arms looking away from them both, in an angry position

"Kiara has a bit of a temper, but she wouldn't hurt anyone unles she needs to defend," She said.

 

Kei walked over to Kiara and put his hand under her chin, he made Kiara look up to him, eye to eye. "rather cute for a lycan." Kei said, he removed his hand and tapped her forehead. "lets just hope you are a clever one, not like the other lycans." He sat back down and asked Santeria, "how have you been?"

 

Kiara's face went red and she looked down a little flattered that he said that. She even smiled, which was something hadn't done in a while.

"I've been a little bad lately. I was ambushed outside the river not to long ago. I found one of the orbs father wanted me to take to the temple" she said.

 

Revan was still healing from his wounds in the cave. They were some pretty bad wounds, but the worst one was the bite on the shoulder. He pulled off his shirt and took a look at it. The bleeding had stopped, at least.

He put his shirt back on and picked his cane off the floor. It would be a while until the the sun rose, so he needed to find something to do in the meantime. He looked outside the mouth of the cave while the moon was still hiding. Apparently, it was late past midnight.

"4 or 5 more hours should do. Anything can happen while I'm stuck here, so I should be careful..."

He went further into the cave again and kept watching the entrance, fighting off whatever urge he had to fall asleep.

 

"oh yeah, someone said that you wanted to see me about something, is it about the orbs??" Kei asked and saw Kiara smile, he smirked and leaned against the cave's wall.

 

"Yeah, the orbs are still scattered across the forest, and I know the exact locations. I just need help finding them. I could've died tonight if Kiara hadn't helped me... I owe her my life," she said, then looked over at Kiara.

Kiara stood up and walked further into the cave.
"I'm going to explore for a bit. I'll let you know if I find something," she said.

 

Revan was finding easier to stay awake with every minute he stayed in the cave. The cave got cold and the air was really damp because of the rain, so even if he did fall asleep, he would just wake up a minute or two later. Using his cane for support, he lifted himself off the ground and looked outside again. The moon was gone, so it was safe to leave.

"Finally, I can relax.", he said as he stretched his arms out. He let out a yawn and looked around. It got pretty cold outside because of the rain, but he still had to get going.

"Why am I rushing? It's not like I have anywhere to go. I'm just wandering through here..."
