No. Nomura also stated that Xigbar was related to this somehow, and I noticed that the old man's ears look like Xigbar's. Maybe you have to fight all of his apprentices, and they're all just as strong as the guy in the movie. Oh yay.

I think it is Roxas. REMEMBER--the letter at the end of the game leads to a series of EVENTS in KH3 (if that's the case). Therefore--much like how the KH1 secret ending was an ending scene in KH2--the secret ending here is after a ton of events in KH3--and Roxas is now able to leave Sora again.
