Great job. Simple and straight to the point. This might actually help a lot of newbs to PS up the look of their work. :D
yeah, scanlines is a pretty good effect at first but there are alot of other cooler effects like the foggy mist stuff in your sigs that i might do tuts on.
question kinda dumb but what kind of photoshop and if it's different can u tell me where to download it?
