    I'm really fond of the first one. The lighting makes it look very goo and have a nice flow. The text is iffy. Mess around with that to try and fit it in.

    The second one looks busy. With out the lighting for the first one, something don't fit in right. =/

    Your best, definitely. I like the first, but the lighting is too strong. If you toned it down a bit, it'd be awesome. =D

    Basically like Trigger and Hissora said, try to fix the lighting in the first one, because in the second one it looks like something´s missing without the lighting =/.

    It's not bad, but I'd go with V2. You gotta' read some tuts dude. I can't really say what you need help on =\
