There is no continuity here. This is a background with a render placed over it. Firstly the two don't mix at all, the render is very low quality. If you want to use it, then you need to scrap the background. Next add some effects, such as some filters and some clipping masks. To add depth, Also put in some directional lighting to give flow. Go look up some tuts and get some basic skill down, once you master brushing, smudging, and pentooling then start to make stuff off your head. But for now you should find some good tutorials.

 

Not the best sig I've seen. Sasuke needs to be more visable and the background doesn't suit him. Other than that, not bad. I'm just being a critique to help you know what you are doing wrong and you could correct your mistakes or not.

The background is very unique, so good job for that. The render is very bad, the quality and the pose. Try getting another one, that fits with the background. The text colour and text is hard to read. Change it, or the colour, or both.

There is no blending, the BG is kinda good, but get a better render, add depth, and gradient maps, there is not too much to CnC since I already told you to follow tutorials, so yeah, just follow more tutorials.

 

well wen i get time im gonna edit it and see wat i can do to make it better

 

The effects on the right don't go with the picture on the left (it looks like fireworks and I felt it didn't go with it). the chakra Sasuke had on his wrist on the left picture should have been yellow since it was a manga render (apart from in the anime all chakra in Narutoverse should be viewed as the colour yellow). Oh and Sasuke's skin had too much blood sugar in it (he wasn't pale enough as I see him having a tanless, tourist skin colour).
