Kingdom Hearts II Santa Clause

I don't get that. Santa's supposed to be judging people on what they did THAT year, not nearly a decade ago! Why on earth would he hold a grudge like that for so many years? Especially on someone who saved the universe from darkness and working on doing it again. Poor Sora. :( Comments? Ideas?

 

But it was years ago, so why bring it up that moment?

 

Why not? Things you've done in the past don't disappear. xD

I personally found this part of the story really amusing. KH doesn't make me smile that much, but this was quite the exception as it relates to real things. xD

 

I think it's to make one of two things:

1) Make Sora seem like a regular 7 year old at the time, who think Sandy Claws doesn't exist.

2) Make Santa more part of the Kingdom Hearts Univers, since really it's hitting on reality at this point, I think.

 

Yeah, that scene made me smile too. But seriously, Santa is supposed to judge someone on whether they're naughty or nice on THAT year, like now he'd be judging us based on our actions in the year of 2009, not 2002.

That would make sense.... :D

 

Couldn't have put it better myself, he wasn't holding a grudge just bringing it to Sora's attention that he told people he didn't believe in Santa.

But that was seven years ago and it's pretty obvious Sora pretty much believes in him now. XD lol.

Santa Claus = Fat man in a red suit who gives out presents on December 25th.
Santa Clause = Disney movie staring Tim Allen.

 

Apparently, the second you say you don't believe in Santa (whenever it is), Santa immediatly doesn't grant you your wish. He was telling Sora that because Sora expected to get a wish.
