Hanna nodded, "Yeah, be careful but it's your choice. Whatever you choose, we'll be there for you. Although, I'll warn you I doubt some of the runners will be happy about this." She said, she'd only expect the same if it was her. Lynne deserved the choice, and who was she to stand in her way. If Lynne wanted to do it, she would probably do it anyway at least this way, she might not be so alone. Also, though she felt selfish thinking this, it might prove advantageous to them in the future.

 

Lynne snapped out of her revelries to stare at her friends with shock, "Are you guys insane?! I can't possibly have anything to do with him. He'd probably kill me. Plus, I...It's not like I like him or anything." Lynne tried to give them a subtle glare to keep them silent. Her secret was going to spread faster than a wild fire this way and she couldn't allow that. White Chaos would be her little secret and a fantasy, nothing more. Actually meeting with him was dangerous. "The others sure are taking a long time. I hope they're alright."

Ryku made the car stop at their place instead of going back to base. He didn't want to face everyone just yet. Looking so disheveled was meant for nighttime...for Lynne. Ryku almost tripped on his way to the door as he realized that was where his thoughts had been when telling Hanna his message for Lynne. Crap...I'll never live that one down. If Demitri knew... he spared a glance at his impatient brother, digging in his many pockets for the key, He's too dense to realize anything.

Demitri had a moment of worry that he'd dropped the key but his fingers touched jagged metal and he pulled it out. Smiling to himself, he unlocked the door and locked it behind his brother. His paranoia would get the better of him if he didn't. Placing the key back into his pocket, he double checked the windows, especially Ryku's forever open window. I swear, he's trying to give me a panic attack. Watching Ryku's white head tip back against the back of the couch as he settled in to watch the news; Demitri examined whatever hurt and fell onto his bed with a sigh of exhaustion.

 

OOC:Sorry about not posting any sooner, first my computer was down, then my internet/phone lines went down, and were out for about two weeks...

"Alright, I will." said Kevin, smiling weakily, his vision was really blurry, and he sat in on the nearby bench. He burried his face in his hands, closing his heavy eyelids.

Kira saw the familiar girl walking towards her, but glared at the boy on the bench behind her. Her bandaged ankle was throbbing and she limped, since Kevin's kick had hurt the muscle.

 

since it seemed as if they were done with their conversation, alex cleared her throat. "hana, can i take a look at your wounds. you don't want them to get infected do you?"

kaleb watched as the two women approached each other. that girl is obviously a runner, but why is she so casually approaching one of the ebo members? that's not intelligent in the slightest bit. even if she does seem to be limping, she's quite trigger happy and it doesn't appear as if anything would stop her from shooting. i need to figure out who i should talk to in order to get me in as a runner. he kept watching intently.

 

Kurisu just smirked at Lynne's reaction. "Sure..." he said somewhat teasingly.
He too noticed what she had said about the others was true... "...Yeah."
He paused, he knew they were all capable Runners, they would make it... for sure.
"It's no problem, they'll be here. After all, I still need to rub it in Mya's face that without me, she would be sucking on a bullet." he smirked, having faith in the others.

 

Hanna nodded, "Oh sorry, fair enough. We just wanted to let you know that whatever you did, we'd support you" She smiled apologetically at her friend before looking at Alex, "Oh hey, didn't see you there. And I'm not wounded, well not as far as I know"

 

alex held up her bag and shrugged her shoulders. "just to be safe? you know i gotta check everyone. the better condition you're all in the more mayhem you can cause."

 

Lynne nodded. She was grateful for her friends' support, even though the matter of if she actuall took Ryku up on the offer was different. Her heart raced at the opportunity to meet him in person, but sunk at the thought of how everyone would frown on her and whether or not if Ryku wanted to kill her. His brother certainly did.

 

After five minutes of walking, Ren finally made it to the plaza. "Hey guys,it seem you all made it with no problems" he said waling up to them.

 

Once Mya gor close to the girl, she swiped her feet and knocked her to the floor.

 

Kira grunted as her butt hit the ground, she pulled out her gun ready to shoot.

Kevin looked up, seeing his sister fall on her butt with his blurry vision.

 

kaleb watched the scene with surprise. wow she's got guts. i know i would never pull that on kira and i'm not even the enemy. and here comes the gun. figures... he sighed as he put his cigarette out on the ground. that girl would definitely be a good person to talk to about joining. not right now though obviously. i need to wait a little longer. find the most appropriate time to speak with her.

 

Mya stomped on Kira's hand and kicked the gun out of her hand. I suggest you leave before I change my mind of killing you.

 

Hanna shrugged, "I guess you could but luckly I ended my last fight without bloodshed, others may need that more than me." She replied to Alex with a smile before turning to see Ren. "Oh hey, you took your time. Not quite but we dealt with that. How about you?"

 

Kira yelped as her hand was stepped on, she glared at Mya then at the gun which was too far from reaching distance. "Let me talk to him." said Kira, glaring at Kevin, who was surprising right behind Mya.

"I have nothing to talk to you about." said Kevin smiling. He then hit her pressure point causing her to pass out. He almost collasped but caught himself before he fell. "Let's go to the others, I don't know how long she'll be out."

 

"Aside from the fact that the helicopter I was on missed it's stopping point, it was pretty easy" Ren said smiling.

 

"Well, it's nice to see you in one piece, Ren." Kurisu said with a smirk, sipping more from his cola can.

 

Lynne glanced up and smiled at the others, "Ren, I'm glad you're safe." She dismissed all other thoughts about Ryku or Demitri from her mind and focused on her friends returning.

 

"What, you think I'm going to die that easily" Ren said

 

Mya carried her and dropped her behind a dumpster.
