alex looked at lynne. "that's a good question." she thought as they carried kevin closer to the building. "i don't know 'bout you guys, but once we get kevin inside and seeking proper medical treatment i'm going to go raid the closests for more supplies. my bag is dangerously low." alex sighed.

kaleb wandered the streets of his beloved hometown. he stumbled around as he tried to stay balanced on the curbs. i'm not drunk. a little tipsy, but not drunk. kaleb started talking to himself outloud as he walked to no-where in particular. "where are you runners? i need to find you? what's the best way of joining your group? i need to join your group. let me join your group please." he had a little bit more to drink than he anticipated.

 

Kurisu jumped over roof-tops with ease.
He stopped for a few moments to pace himself.
It was okay for him to have a little rest now anyway. He thought he heard a drunk man shouting something in the streets, but he wasn't sure what had been said.
So with that, he took off running and jumping again.
He still had a bit of a journey anyway.

 

Mya frowned. Don't raid. The doctors will hand you supplies if you need them. Besides, don't worry about Kevin. The medical team here are trained experts. She stepped outside. I'm gonna look for Kurisu. Make sure you watch over Kevin. She ran outside and started to climb buildings, looking for Kurisu even though it was night and the only lights were the moon and the buildings.

 

OOC: Where's Sasha come from?? And I should really get back into this.

BIC: Hanna sighed as she leaned on the building watching her friend going off after Kurisu, she hoped he was okay. Although she knew he could handle himself, he'd be fine. She moved her gaze higher to the moon and smiled, she'd always liked the moon, there was something mysterious, mesmorising and beautiful about it. Hanna wasn't religious but something made her ask it for strengh, to look over her and her friends. She doubted anthing was listening but it stregnthened her resolve.

 

OOC: Aww man sorry. I meant Mya. I'll fix that.

 

alex nodded and watched as mya took off. she turned to speak with one of the doctors.
"he has multiple GSW's. a through-and-through in the shoulder and one down by his ankle. i have already extracted the bullet but he still needs to be properly stitched up and bandaged. i would check for any other possible fractures and cuts. kevin seems all right, but he hasn't really been able to focus much so i'm not sure if there's more. i think he may have a concussion as well. just to keep you on the up and up."
when it appeared as if kevin would be fine she turned to speak with a nurse.
"i need to gather some supplies. do you mind taking me to one of the medical closets?"
alexandria walked away in the direction the nurse headed.

kaleb continued to wander the streets aimlessly. he stared up at the sky and studied the moon curiously.
"i wish i was that big. then i could see all the runners. it wouldn't be that hard to find them. and who wouldn't want someone that ginormous to join their team? i would want someone that big."
in his euphoria, he came across a group of buildings that were unfamiliar to him. kaleb noticed a woman take off for the rooftops and decided to follower her. what's a person doing running around on the roof at this hour? awfully dangerous that is. might trip and fall.

 

The doctors injected some sleeping sediment into him and began treating his wounds.

The nurse led her to a large medical cabinet. Take as much as you want.

 

Hanna frowned as she saw another figure she didn't recognise chase after Mya. She didn't know who it was and she knew Mya could take care of her self but she didn't want the person taking her by suprise. Also her usual curiousity had kicked in and she was off after them before she knew it. Oh well, it made the night a little more interesting.

 

Ooc: sorry, I've been busy with school work and soccer and haven't been able to post much. I'll try to post more since I'm on my spring break now...I'm really sorry! Also, my computer broke down (third time in the past month) so I have to post from my ipod. I really am sorry!

alex nodded and began rummaging through the supply closet for various different things. she pulled out syringes, gauze, bandages, ointment, morphine, and a variety of other different medical items.
"do you need a list of everything i take? for inventory purposes?"
she stepped out of the closest once she had everything.

it was difficult for kaleb to keep the woman in his sights well, but all the running was wearing off the affects of the alcohol; so the longer he chased her the easier it became. kaleb stopped, feeling as if he to was being followed. checking over his shoulder, he didn't immediately see anything. if i stay here to see if there is someone following i may loose my one shot at getting in. i'm just going to have to take it with a grain of salt and hope there isn't really anybody there. he continued to run again, almost losing sight of the woman he was after. she's gotta stop eventually. the question is, where?

 

Kurisu jumped onto the next building before stopping again.
He saw a small figure in the distance.
He squinted and then noticed it was actually Mya, he waved and proceeded to head towards her, a big grin on his face.

 

Mya saw Kurisu and smiled, waving back. She started jumping towards his direction.

The nurse shook her head. It's fine. Don't worry.

 

Hanna briefly smiled as the reached a high point where she could spot Mya and Kurisu waving, but she didn't stop, she'd already had to hide to stop them seeing her. She wanted to reach Mya's pursuer before they took Mya by suprise. Luckily the pursuer seemed to be slowing, they didn't appear to have the speed/endurance of a fully trained runner. Although, if they weren't a runner they wern't doing bad.

 

Kurisu finally made it to Mya and stopped, breathing a little harder than normal, but it wasn't noticeable.
Considering the amount he had just ran and jumped, most normal people would be on their hands and knees panting hard right now.
"Worried about me huh?" he joked with Mya.

 

Mya sighed and nodded. Of course I was worried about you. Next time, think something more rational and smart rather than running around in loops to track enemies off.

 

"Hey, it worked didn't it?" Kurisu grinned.
"How's Kevin holding up anyway?"

 

Hanna ran faster, now that Mya had stopped her persuer was gaining on her and she had to reach them first. She looked around rapidly and took a different rounte, getting higher before leaping of to land in front of the boy, blocking his path and ready to fight. "Who are you and why are you chasing my friend?" She demanded to know. She knew she'd given up the suprise advantage but she wanted to give him a chance to explain himself first.

 

kaleb stumbled backwards as the girl appeared in front of him.
"so i was being followed. classy. i suppose it's only natural though since i was doing the same."
he didn't seem to be fully acknowledging the person in front of him, until he looked her in the eyes.
"my name is kaleb. i recognize you from earlier at the plaza. i guess now is my chance."
he stepped forward to come closer to her and held out his hand.
"i would like to become a runner."
kaleb smiled at her.

 

Hanna didn't expect that, she raised a single eyebrow. She tilted her head to the side taking in the person in front of her, he didn't look in a bad shape but she could definatly spell the alcohol on him. She smiled at him anyway and took his had to be friendly, but she didn't trust him yet and didn't mean he was in yet. She was still ready to react if it turned out it was a trap. "Hello. You do? May I ask why?" She looked over at Mya and Kurisu, not far away. "Guys over here!"

 

alex nodded and slung the bag over her shoulder.
"thank you kindly."
she turned to walk away and headed out the door to go home.

kaleb could sense her hesitation, as should be expected.
"you're rather quizzical, but i suppose that is to be expected in your line of work. i would like to join for the same reason i'm sure all runners want to be a runner. i don't agree with the way our government is being run. it's corrupt. what they do to innocent people is wrong and i just have a strong urge for anarchy."
he took his hand away to pull out his second to last smoke.
"now it's my turn to ask questions. i told you my name. do i get the courtesy of knowing yours?"
