Oh and if Axel does not win can Demyx adopt him even though he is not in the story? I'm sure they would get along well....unlike Riku and Roxas!

Yes, we need another chapter where Axel says that Namine can be his mom/sister or something. And Riku can be the uncle maybe. Yeah, that's it.
