Kingdom Hearts II Roxas vs Sora

Umm Sora & Roxas are the same person, how can Roxas have more style? He has more style when he has two keyblades but this situation he only has one.

Personally i think Sora would win considering he bet him in the game.

 

I believe it would be Sora. Sora has more training, skill, and just because Roxas has two Keyblades, doesn't mean for an instant that Sora can't use two weapons. Roxas had nothing really he didn't get from Sora except a boost in element to Light, which Sora can hone, as is seen with the progressive nature of Drive Forms. The only reason Roxas was winning Sora at all is because Sora didn't want to kill him but Roxas was out to kill Sora. If Sora had been as committed to it, he'd have the heart to take him.

 

Well, Sora and Roxas are basically the same person which means they would have to beat themselves up...to see who is better.

I'm going to have vote for Sora. He would generally have alot more experience in combat than Roxas because he picked up alot of skills and techniques from his adventures in KH and KH II.

 

Alright, you basically made my point for me. They WEREN'T fighting with regular swords, they were fighting with Keyblades. You CAN summon a Keyblade to you. Is that at all Sora's fault that, as you said, Roxas didn't seem to know that? There's already something Sora had on Roxas. He was/is more familiar with using the Keyblade. As for Roxas 'pwning' Sora, no, he doesn't. Don't you remember? Roxas actually gave Sora props in that fight.

"Tell me... Tell me why he picked you?"

*Sora flies into the air, flips upside down while avoiding and blocking Roxas' attack.*

"I see. That's why."

Not to mention the..."You make a good other." line.

So, as for Sora losing to Roxas, no he didn't. He won the fight. He didn't have any upper hand or handicap at all. Hell, Roxas had two Keyblades! All Sora did was do what any Keyblade Master would do.

Now, don't think I'm discounting Roxas, as he's my 2nd favorite character behind Sora. I just think Sora is a better fighter.

 

I know, right! Sora pwns Roxas in Keyblade skills!

 

Well,in that cutscene in the world that never was,sora wins, although roxas had 2 keyblades.So does anybody thinks that roxas would win with one keyblade this time...? -__-

When he said "I see. That's why." I doubt it had anything to do with his skills, rather it was for plot purposes. I dunno for sure though.

My opinion is with Roxas, I say Sora got lucky, and Roxas let his guard down long enough for Sora to take advantage of that. All is fair in love and war though, so I suppose Sora's actions were justified. However if Sora hadn't caught him off guard Roxas would've definitely won that fight.

 

Yes, when he said that, he was referring to the fact that he realized why Sora fought and it was for his friends, and his strength also came from his friendship with others. I don't believe Roxas would have won the fight but for the simple fact that Sora held back not wanting to kill Roxas, whereas Roxas was out for blood. It is the same problem Riku had with Roxas. Riku wasn't trying to harm Roxas but to take him down, but Roxas was out to kill both of them. That's all that made those battles at all in Roxas's favor. Had Sora or Riku wanted to do the same, they'd have been more into it and Roxas would have been a smear. He's good but not as good as either of them.

 

Sora would win, Roxas is his nobody therefore he cannot truly have any emotion, whereas Sora fights for his freinds therefore giving him the reason to fight. And plus Sora kicked some major *** in KH1 and KH2

Roxas is a great fighter and he's cooler than sora. Sora has more experience. So Sora.

Ok, now that i see some of what u think im goig for sora. he has been around longer, roxas was created closer to the end of kh1, meaning he had less time to get moves down.
But he was accepted into the organization. there are probably hundreds of nobodies not in the organization because they didn't have enough skill. so roxas has some, but sora has more.

Totally Sora. If Sora lost to Roxas in that battle, everything he lived for would be a lie! But besides that, Roxas PWNS all. ^_~
