Who thinks Roxas theme"The other promise" is beautiful,lol
it makes me feel so, touched and the music makes me feel sad

Yeah, that happy/sad feeling last throughout Twilight Town, as you slowly discover and realise things might not be OK, adds a lot of emotion while playing. And then as it comes to his last day...
A really good job was done to get the emotion for the Roxas part of KH2, I could have almost cried when he mentioned the end of his holidays to the waking Sora and the KH2 title appeared, signalling the sad ending we'd been hinted at for all that time.
*sniff*

 

I agree hearing only the music almost makes me cry,...especially the dramattica version...

 

I think it's beautiful. I didn't know that it was called "the other promise" though. I just referred to it as "Roxas' theme 8D" I think that it's perfect for him. Sad, but happy. ^-^​

Nearly all the OST's are beautiful in their own ways. But yeah, "Roxas'" theme is touching <3

 

Yeah, it's a really beautiful theme. Sad yet kind of happy at the same time. Whoever did the music for KH2 is really talented.

Roxas's theme is very beautiful, very touching. It just wrenches your heart because you know something is wrong. And the name of it just makes it even more sad to me :(

 

Yah, it's my favorite piece of music out of all of them, maybe except for The Encounter lol

Oh My God. I nearly cried the first time I heard it. I was getting really attached to roxas at the start of the game and this was my first day playing it. I was nearly crying, I had a lump in my throat and everything. It was so sad when I just heard " Looks like my summer vacation's ... over" and then the Title came up.

I love it how they used it in the boss battle against roxas in KH2FM...I dunno...if you know roxas story then the battle makes you quit sad...and feel sorry for roxas...I dunno how to describe it good........I love KH......

After playing most FF games, it's not very impressive at all...

 

For me, it's not just the music, It's what happens at the same time and leading up to it.
