How come Roxas has Kairi's charm on his keyblade? Is it because of the whole" Whereever you I'm always with you" thing or what?

I believe because Oblivion represents the darkness in Sora's heart (Riku) and Oathkeeper represents the light (Kairi) they become neutral, as a nobody is, and since Roxas is Sora's other, Roxas inherited both.

I thought Roxas got those keyblades when Sora left them in Castle Oblivion?

If you compair Oathkeeper in 1 to the one in 2 they have a totally different color. Isn't that strange? And didn't Kairi make another charm in the end cinematic of 1? So then Sora just lost the other one?

He didn't leave them in Castle Oblivion. Sora had kairis charm with him all that time he just didn't use it for whatever reason.
