Kingdom Hearts II Roxas has confused me!!!!!.... help?

''I think I get it. I see myself the way you remember me and you see yourself the way I remember you.'' I'm glad you get it Roxas cuz I sure don't! Help me guyz, dis guy doesn't make any sence.

 

'I see myself the way you remember me...'- He sees himself (his appearance) as Namine remembers it.
'And you see yourself the way I remember you.'- Namine sees herself (appearance) the way Roxas remembers it.
What he's saying is even though they both became a part of Sora and Kairi again, Roxas and Namine would see eachother they way they remembered. *spoilers* Like in the end of the game when Sora and Kairi are looking at eachother, you see Roxas and Namine looking at eachother for a second.

Yeah, when I first heard it, I didn't understand it either. But it makes sense when you see Roxas and Namine' there for a second, when it's supposed to be Kairi and Sora. Sorry if that didn't make any sense, I'm tired. :P

 

Basically, Roxas and Namine don't see each other as Sora and Kairi, which is shown at (spoiler!) at the end of KHII. Roxas, inside of Sora, whenever looking at Kairi, sees Namine, and when Namine, inside of Kairi, looks at Sora, she sees Roxas.

 

'I see myself the way you remember me...'- He sees himself (his appearance) as Namine remembers it.
'And you see yourself the way I remember you.'- Namine sees herself (appearance) the way Roxas remembers it.

Like everyone else has been saying. Once Namine and Roxas became "one" with their somebodies, they thought they wouldn't be able to recognize eachother. Like Namine said- "I may not know it's you, and you may not know it's me. But we will meet again..." Or whatever she said. That's what it means, is that they recognized eachother by appearance when Sora and Kairi were together.
