that only took like two seconds, i deleted the bg, added a square, text, and some brush strokes im getting some good icon tuts right now

Well, this is a simple tag, but I think you should care more when making tags.
Maybe a c4d or two wouldn't hurt, the lighting is okay, And the flow is pretty good.
The main thing is making the background a wee bit more complex, and recoloring it, so it looks a bit more attractive.

 

hes right,take your time making them to make better ones.you also said it was from deviant art.you do know you cant use fan art without permission right?thats called ripping/stealing.you gotta ask for permission from the person that made the art.
