Does anyone know how to rip vocals from a track and getting the acapella, I tried using audacity, but it didn't work for me.

From what I've heard it's pretty hard, but I know of a guy who says he uses Sony Acid to do it. I don't have any tutorials or anything, but that program would probably work for it.

well it depends how it was recorded
    sometimes it cant be done
but i saw a vid once of virtual dj that if you play the song and the beat only at the exact same time it removes the beat leaving the vocals only
    but i've never tried it
i suggest you download acapellas already released
if you find something let me know because im interrested in that too
