I know, they both fit together so well. I made that sig myself. I've been meaning to change it though: I made a really cool one that has the name of the book I'm writing on it and for each letter is an icon about it. I made one for both of the books I'm doing right now. But beside the fact, did you like the story is the question?

Thank you, I was trying to figure out who to ask to fix this. Again, thank you.

By the way I added more to chapter 6 and I would like to announce that this will be a series- 3 Redemptions.

Sorry, Destined, had a bit of a writers block but now I get where it's going. After I finish all three of these I want to show you my version of Sora's side of the conversation that Kairi listened in on. But for now it would give too much away. So you'll all have to wait...
By the way, I added more to chapter... 5 and changed the lion and the lamb quote Version 1.2 a little. It's not very much of a change:

This one was fun to write and try to make it like I'm slowly but surely pulling of the band-aid: showing a little of the skin underneath but not enough for you to see the half-healed wound yet. And above all, Riku is REALLY fun to write about.

    Chapter 7- Riku:

Darkness could be as sweet as poison sometimes. In this dark world where light met dark there could be no denying the fact that Twilight could be just as sweet. But then again, Riku knew this. He had been warned of this. “Not all darkness was evil and not all light was good.†she had said. “No power can defeat you. Not the light, not the dark. So don’t run from the light- and don’t fear the darkness.†He had learned a lot from his time in Castle Oblivion. He understood himself better than ever now. He needed to get to the book and quickly.
“Why keep up the pretense?†he had asked. “Why destroy myself in the process?â€
“Because they are too weak to realize their own peril.†he had said. “It is my fault, I dragged them into it: I dragged you into it. One day I will ask you to forgive me, but until then I have to ask you to do this.â€
He had excepted, of course, there was too much at stake for him not to.
Riku stalked forward, lingering in the shadows as he listened for approaching footsteps. There were none. At least getting in would be remotely easy. Getting out would be the problem.
He ran through the hallway, his keyblade in hand as he glanced to his sides, looking for the right door. He had been told that it would be around here somewhere. The Forgotten City wasn’t really a secure place, but why could it need to be? It was forgotten, wasn’t it?
A thin strip of light came out from under the door to his left and he looked at it and laughed quietly, his mind back to the girl.
“The darkness in your heart is vast and deep… but if you can stare into it unflinchingly, you’ll never know fear again.â€
How true her words were. It was only words though, and to do it practice was one of the most frightening things he had ever had to do. But it had been for his friends. Darkness was seductive: beckoning to him even now. But he could handle it: he would have to if he could do this properly.
A bloodcurdling scream of a young woman echoed through the night and he ignored it, not even wanting to think about what was going on here. The group that had been told lived here killed many people and would not hesitate to kill both him and the one he was sent to rescue.
Finally, at the end of the hall he got to the door he wanted to find. It was unmarked and completely dark inside. This must be what he was looking for. Without him, Riku would never be able to find the Book of the Keyblade Wars. With it, he could change the world.
He held out his keyblade, pointing it straight at the door. With a flash of silent black lightning the door opened with a click and he pushed it open, using most of his muscle to do so. Riku hoped that his employer was right. He hoped this would actually have a purpose.
The man in the back of the room stood and arched his head at the sight of Riku. He had most of his armor still on, but his famous sword was absent. “Riku?†he inquired. “How did you…â€
He nodded. “Come on,†he said. “Let’s go before those guys find out you’re gone. We‘ll talk later.â€
He nodded and followed Riku out of the cell quickly. He didn’t blame him. Being a prisoner wasn’t a very enlightening experience- Riku knew that better than most.
They fled the prison, the alarm rising quickly as they escaped together by the skin of there teeth. Not pausing for rest the convict yelled to him. “You risked yourself to save someone like me, why?â€
He thought for a moment and looked behind him. Guards flew at him like a swarm of mice. It took no second thought before he cast a portal of darkness around the two of them, catapulting them into the World That Never Was. As he did, her voice filled his mind again:
“Know that the darkness is there and don’t give in. Do that, and you’ll gain strength unlike any other.â€
He sighed and sat down, his key blade disappearing as he threw the bulking sword at the tall blond man in black. “I need your help.†he admitted and looked up at him, his eyes glowing with the feeling of oblivion.
He had forgotten how good darkness tasted.
