Kingdom Hearts Riku's nobody¿

If Ansem was a heartless and he took over Riku, does that mean Riku has a nobody.

 

i dont think so, i may be wrong though. Isn't when the person themselves becomes a heartless that they have a nobody? Riku has never become an actual heartless himself (from what i know anyway.) and besides, ansem already had a nobody, who was xemnas.

i'm probably wrong but thats what i think anyway :P​

 

I thought Ansem turned Riku into a heartless when he gave Riku those powers.

 

didn't he just give him the power of darkness?

Nomura even said he has no Nobody! End of story! This has been brought up so many time, I can't even count. He never lost his heart to the Darkness inside of him.

Well, they say Axel is Riku's nobody, since Ansem the Fake took over him.Though it's just a theory. he could have one, but, i don't think so......

 

Riku was only possessed, I don't think he every actually lost his heart. So that means that he doesn't have a nobody.

 

Right. people just make stuff up. but only to make it interesting.

 

I thought that because when he transforms he has the heartless logo.

 

I think it was because that was his dark form, power from Malficent, who gets her power from the Heartless.​

There is no grey area in this because i've researched the facts.He doesn't have a nobody just like reno,like zack and like sephoroth.

 

I think Riku DOES have a nobody, you just have it wrong. He wasn't taken over by Xehanort's heartless, he was taken over by darkness, and THEN he wa controlled by Xehanort's heartless.

Think of it like this, Xehanort willingly let the darkness into him. Eventually the darkness overtook him completely, resulting in him becoming a heartless AND a nobody.

Riku, does the exact same thing. He willingly let the darkness in, and eventually it consumed him.

So if Xehanort let the darkness in and it resulted in a nobody, then Riku, who did the EXACT same thing, should have a nobody as well.

Yes I have heard everyone else's 'Riku has no nobody you idiot!' etc., but this is my theory, and Nomura hasn't said ANYTHING about Riku having or not having a nobody, so NO-ONE has the right to flame me...

 

Nomura himself said that Riku does not have a Nobody. Riku did not ever lose his Heart to Darkness. His entire spirit was removed but still linked to his body when it was sent to Darkness and his body was never destroyed. When Ansem/Xehanort removed Riku's spirit from his body, and later was defeated by Sora, Riku was still in tact and doing fine in Darkness. The reason Riku could not leave and go with Sora, having to remain behind the Door to Darkness, was because Ansem/Xehanort was within him again. If you play Chain of Memories, it reveals his situation with a lot more detail.

So in the end, Riku did not have a Nobody at all.

 

Although its ironic Riku never lost his heart, its true that he didn't. So he couldn't have a nobody even if he wanted one.
