Why did Roxas freak out at one point of this battle? I know it had something to do with Sora.

    I think

Are you talking about the added scene which is the fight between Riku and Roxas, when Riku says something along the lines of "What's wrong, Sora? Are you done already?" And Roxas replies back in with the "what do you mean, you're the one who is losing" (something along those lines, I might not have it exactly worded correctly)?
If that's what you're talking about, then the answer is just what you thought it was--that Roxas still has part of Sora in him, obviously, because he is Sora's nobody--which is why he reacted that way. And Roxas is surprised by it, obviously--but isn't that kind of self explainitory?

Yeah, I'm talking about this scene. Anyway, I thought Roxas's voice changed into Sora's voice, since they are one and the same.

Unless you're familiar with the Japanese script, Riku repeated exactly the same line that he spoke to Sora in KH1 when he and Sora were racing along Destiny Islands (I believe even in KH1, it was presented as a flashback. They also replay that line during one of Sora's flashbacks in KH2 when he was still recollecting his memories).

Riku used that line as a test, to see if it would stir something within Roxas, which it did--as he replied with exactly the same response Sora gave during that event all those years ago. Thus, Riku's next line: Yappari, aitsu no NOBADI ka (You really are 'his' Nobody).

Anyway, I don't really think Roxas' voice changed into Sora's. It was the same voice-actor throughout, just Irino Miyu (Sora's seiyuu) has a certain inflection pattern in his speech that Uchiyama Koki (Roxas' seiyuu) simply copied to imitate.

Yeppers hehe. I'm also pretty sure wasn't Miyu's voice at that part, too. (I'm obsessed with Miyu omg he's adorable. *waves a happy flag*)
