How you kids do this, I have no idea. xD I like the second version better. It adds to the effect. The *sparkle sparkle* kind of thing!
It's not bad, but it's still pretty eh. The background is boring and there's no color variety. Very little seems to be going on, and there's no blending of the stock either (i.e. you just plopped Kirby on and didn't make it seem like part of the tag). I recommend you look up a tutorial in the tutorials section.
