Try this one I made it myself:
I am a clock, but I do not tick I do not tock.
I'm good at telling time of day but at night find another way.
What am I?

 

The sun.
For the longest time, people would use the position of the sun to tell what time of day it is (hence, the invention of sun dials). However, when it's night, your kinda screwed because the moon's position keeps changing.

I have 2 coins (american and real) coins that equal 30 cents.
However, one of them is not a nickel.
What are the two coins?

 

A quarter and a nickel. The quarter isn't the one that's a nickel. (Yay for Scrubs teaching me something!)

Probably just as easy:
A horse is tied to a rope that is five meters long. There is a barn filled with hay 6 meters away yet the horse can get up and eat the hay whenever he wants. How is that possible?

(I think you added an extra "in") I'd say halfway into the woods if the dog's running straight. Once it gets halfway, it started running OUT of the woods.

I'm not sure quite what the question means but is you put a line (minus sign?) through the 1 in the second 10, it makes it look like 10 t0 10 and the 9 50 could be turned in to the time 9:50, which is 10 to 10 but I don't know what symbol you would use for that. Did I get anywhere close?
