Revolutionary Girl Utena

>.< Has ANYONE else watched this? It is one of my favourite animes ever, true it is a little erm..odd in places but it is fabtastic. It makes me laugh so much and the ending is so sweetly sad. The basic storyline is one right out of a fairytale IMO but it works very well.

The individual arcs are well done too, contributing to the series as a whole whilst maintaining their individual elements ^^

I have never yet met anyone who has even heard of it, let alone seen it.

I've seen it a long time ago. It's pretty awesome. I like how they pull swords out of each other. That pink haired chick really pwns :3

Yes Utena is awesome xD and the swords are one of the best parts of the entire thing ^^ In some ways that's why the ending is so sad!

when Anthy stabs Utena in the back with her own sword! I HATE how everyone forgets about her :( it's so sad! ​

 

I kept meaning to watch it!

But I'd get distracted.

The art looks rather pretty though.

 

I've seen a lot of it nice I love that the main chateris a girl insteed of a boy and how she kicks butt :D

 

I've seen a few episodes here and there. I've also seen the movie.

 

You should check it out ^^

=/ IMO the Movie fails hard, you need to watch the series for the movie to make any sense, they left WAY too much out and I just didn't like it.


@Hitna: I agree xD she is awesome, although i find it odd that her outfit is the boy's uniform considering none of the boys wear it o_O​

 

yeah like they threw a fit of that and yet none of the boys wear anything like it
