Revelations (Re-made)

Maddie rubbed her arm uncomfortably but couldn't think of any words to comfort them.

"Maybe you should try and forget about it, I mean, I know from just looking looking at you that you're no murderer. If it really is that bad, have you considered a Psychiatrist or something?"

 

"Angels arent real...."he muttered

 

"Yes they are!" Maddie sang to Forrest, "And don't think I can't here you if you mutter, I pay lots of attention."

 

"I thought this was a reform school...not a mental assylum..."

 

"The only mental one here is you, kid" She said, calling him 'kid' subconsciously.

 

"Kid? Im far from a kid..."

 

"Okay, then what are you, an adult?"

 

"Once Im 18 yeah."

 

"I take it that's not that far away?"

 

"no..he said

 

"So, what are you? 17?"

Cory had moved outside and was standing in the shade of a tree, staring directly at Maddie and Forrest as they spoke,

 

He nodded "18 in three months.."

 

"Not that long to wait then!" She said, almost cheerily.

 

"Yeah."he said

 

April smiled as they talked, her mum had talked to her about being an angel but until now she had not truely believed it, she thought she was just a freak. Now, there was no doubt in her mind, though she wasn't planning on mentioning this.

 

Gabriel shook off the meloncoly mood, "Say, does everybody know who everybody is?" He couldn't rememeber if he'd actually introduced himself or met any of the new students.

Gabe ruffled his hair, "What a way to change the subject, dad." He playfully punched Gabriel's shoulder.

"Gabriel smiled, "You pickin a fight?" Gabriel's wings unfolded as his normal cheerful mood returned.

 

"Um, hi, I'm April" She said realising she hadn't introduced herself yet.

OOC: I'm going to be away for a week, can somebody please control April while I'm gone? She's fairly quiet though she loves all the excitement and will do anything to help her friends. She has a talent for flying, and she can manipulate people's moods and levitate objects. You can do as much or how little as you want with her but I want her to become part of the group and be there for any major events so I can rejoin later.

BIC: Rita sat at her desk, flicking through the pupil's papers. Making last minute decisions before her first class of the year began.

 

Forrest got up from the table where He'd been eating breakfast with Harley, Its too early for this..,He was used to sleeping in all day since he'd never really had a good attendance at his old school,now they were being watched constantly and he was pretty sure they had solitary confinement for ditching class and stuff...though that might have been a little harsh.
