Revelations (Re-made)

Danny gasped, "I'm offended, do you really have so little trust in me? That is what happened, I assure you." He said, it was difficult to tell if he was being serious or not.

 

Gabe laughed, "Hey Maddie, lay off the guy. The teachers here are a bit...comanding...like my father." he mumbled the last bit. "So Danny, you goin' to Angel Combat Training next? I'll bet you could work out some of your frustration on the teacher there." His smile was dangerous and plotting.

 

"Ahh, why not? Sounds like a laugh, and combat training you say? Fighting, my kind of thing." Danny replied never losing the grin off his face. He knew he really shouldn't talk himself up, when he didn't know if he could deliver but he just couldn't resist.

 

Gabe's smile remained cold and almost calculating as he summed up Danny in a single fighters glance. "Good, then I'll see you in class next period." His easy handwriting on the sheet for their experiment had sharpened.

 

Danny laughed, "See you there" Although something about Gabe's smile had changed and Danny wasn't sure he liked the change, but he thought nothing more of it.

April frowned slightly out of sight as she sensed Gabe's mood go sightly darker but she ignored it and got on with the experiment, since no one else seemed to be doing it. "Watch this" She said as she put the strip of magnesium under the flame and grinned as she watched it burn with an incredibly intense bright white light.

 

Gabe closed his eyes as April burned the magnesium. Behind his eyes he could see how the next period would play out. Danny wasn't exactly swordsman material, but he was lean and that meant agility. Fighting against Gabriel would build the boy character and maybe if he could beat his father, drop Gabriel down a few pegs.

 

OOC: Guy? This isn't dead is it?

 

OOC: Hell-a-no!

BIC: Maddie playfully and quietly screamed as the Magnesium burned a bright white, "Ahh! The light!" She giggled, closing her eyes and looking away "It burns!"

The red headed girl tisked and shook her head, "How childish." She muttered, stroking her beautiful, crimson red hair back impatiently.

 

Gabriel stood in front of a girl wearing mostly a faded red and long red hair in a ponytail. "So you're Rosso Crimson? I see, your name brings to mind an old friend who wanted me dead."
The girl in red stared at him with a cold, unmoving face, "Are you suggesting that's all I want to do here? Kill a teacher?"

 

April grinned as the light faded and turned her attention to the test tube she'd been holding above the magnesium as it burnt. She took a splint and lit in the buson burner before putting it inside the upside down test tube. She waited a few seconds and...POP! The hydrogen that had come off the reaction burnt.

Danny grinned at the pop, before looking closer at the girl who had just mentioned killing a teacher.

 

Maddie grinned as the hydrogen popped, "Do you know what other experiments we'll be doing April? I mean, the teacher is your mother after all."

 

April looked at Maddie, "And that means I should know everything there is to know about science? On that logic you should know exactly what maths we're going to be doing. But seriously, I know some of them, not all though. I can guess a few by looking around. "

 

"..Good point. Mind telling us what you can deduce from the lab?" Maddie looked over at the corner of the room and noticed the red haired girl staring in her direction. Huh? Is she staring at us? What a freak.. she thought, frowning.

 

OOC: I'm trying to remember all the different experiments now, and not put in the A level experiments.

BIC: April looked around, "Well that one looks like burning different alkanes" She said pointing to another experiment where they were burning things to get various different colours, "Oh and reacting them to see if you get a precipitate. Um, that one looks like a distillation" She pointed to one with lots of tubes, "What else? That's some electric circuit by the looks of things and that one's running trollys down a slope of different surfaces to look at friction, I'm guessing. And I haven't got a clue what that one is." She said pointing to each experiment in turn.

 

Gabe had tuned out what April and Maddie were talking about. He reveled in the thought of someone beating his father in a fight. Snapping back into the conversation, he grinned, "Wow, April, I didn't know you could deduce that much from a few simple objects scattered around a lab." Glancing backwards, he noticed Diva wasn't too happy about the class.
