Revelations (Re-made)

"Wow! Does she teach here?" Maddie asked, completely ignoring the obvious fact that Sorcha didn't teach here.

 

Gabriel gave her a sad smile, "No, Sorcha chooses to spend her time at home. Caring for herself and her subjects." He pulled on the collar of his shirt and unbuttoned it slightly, "Sorcha...if she wasnt so involved in her experiments, she would've taught here this year, some sort of Dark Magic's teacher I assume."

 

"There's a subject like that?"

"Yes, but only certain students can take it, such as Mr Demonalute over here."

 

Gabriel silently gave his thanks and nodded, "Sorcha's class she teaches when she's actually here, is quite difficult and advanced. Even for someone such as you, Madie. Dark powers are necessary to even get into the class." He thought, "Sorcha gets darker every year." He smiled at Rita, "Her hair is longer. She doesn't look like herself."

 

"Really? Has it really been that long since I last saw her?" Rita exclaimed, thinking back to their little adventure almost 12 years ago

 

Gabriel chuckled, "Aye it has. She's changed so much. I hardly recognize her myself. Gabe was just a little boy then. Only about 5 years old." He smiled but it was forced and fake from the get go.

 

Cory could see that he was faking that smile, I mean, he was the faking master, always lying. "Y'know, Ms Gabriella, that's a really nice fake smile y'got there!"

 

Gabriel laughed and sighed, "You're right Cory. Oh course it's fake. I don't like to talk about Sorcha much lately. She has changed and I may say it's not for the better. Rita wouldn't even recognize her by the way she acts now days. Trust me, I don't." he sighed sadly and dropped his warm gray eyes to the floor.

 

"Well, some pretty bad thing happened when we had that blast from the past..."

"Wait, what do you mean 'Blast from the past'?"

"What do you think it means squirt? they went back to the past!" Came the bane of Maddie's existence.

"And how would you know Yuri?"

"Because, I was old enough back then, I snuck in with mum here, unbeknownst to everyone until something very bad happened>"

 

Gabriel smacked his head lightly, "I'd be quiet if you knew what was good for you." He didn't like talking about their 'Blast from the past'.

Gabe perked up, "Huh? What are you two talkin' about? You make it sound like you all went back in time." He laughed.

 

April though about this for a second and a few things clicked in her mind as it reminded her of a few little things she'd heard her mum say, "Hey, by any chance did my mum go with you?"

 

"Yes and Yes" Rita said to both April and Gabe. "Why? is it because of..." She trailed off realising why Gabriel wouldn't want to talk about it.

 

Gabe stared at Rita and to his father, "What?! You went back in time? Whoa, did ya meet Jesus?"

"No, we didn't go back that far." He shot a glare at Rita, "Thanks. I'm sure Sorcha will be sending you a thank you card for that."

 

April smiled hearing her mum was involved but that slowly turned to a frown as she felt their mood about it. "Something bad happened while you were there, didn't it?"

 

Rita rolled her eyes, "I can hardly wait!" She turned to April. "Yes...something none of us want to discuss.."

 

April nodded understandingly, she still really wanted to know more but from the mood she knew it wouldn't be a good idea to push them for it, maybe it was something it was better if didn't know at all.

 

"Don't worry squirts, I might fill you in on it later if I'm in a good mood."

"Great, thanks Yuri."

Rita glanced at her son. "I know what you're up to, you're gonna make it sound like you were the hero who saved the day! aren't you!"

Yuri laughed slightly. "As if, would I do something like that?"

"That.....remains to be seen."

 

Gabriel cleared his throat, "Alright munchkins, on to your next class. Get dressed and hurry up. Or you're all late."

Gabe let go of April, "Hmph, good to see the 'General' is still around to be annoying."

 

OOC: Should we just skip to lunch or Yuri's class considering Amy is 'no longer with us'
