"Then he can't be a Kira, if it's empty he hasn't done anything. He just owns the Death Note, and that's not a crime."

"I know.." He got up and walked to the main lobby and sat on a bench

 

L sighed and followed, "You didn't answer the question. How could we use him?"

 

"First we need to get that DN from him"
