"Shame... More then likely would of been interesting to hear. More then likly it was a guy though, isn't attraction what makes the world go round?"

 

Mellody looked at her blankly.

 

"Don't look at me like that. It's true, the world revolves around attraction."

 

"I know..." Mellody sighed. "But it don't mean we became friends over a guy you know..."

 

"Is it true though?"

 

"Not really."

 

"Not really huh?"

 

"He was the main reason we became friends but not actually why or how."

 

"So, I was right then? At least partly. Any one I might know?"

 

"Doubt it." Mellody lied straight up. "He doesn't leave his place very often and we only know him through some party thing..."

 

"Hmm... You're quite certain? How about a name? If I don't know him it won't make any difference."

 

"Dein." Melldoy continued looking Bllondie straight in the eyes. "Or if you must know, my little brother."

 

"Oh really? Interesting... I'll leave at that."

 

Mellody rolled her eyes, sighing. "What are you going to say?"

 

"Nothing, it's just well: You seemed very agressive about looking into my face when you said that. And, deep in your eyes, something said that well, you were none to happy about having to talk about your brother. So I decided to be nice and not talk about it... You don't have to bite my head off..."

 

"Fine..." Mellody sighed turning away. "Dein died that's all..."

 

"Oh... I'm sorry to hear that..."

 

"Whatever..." Mellody stated coldly.

 

"Oh, I don't think I've introduced myself. I'm Blondie."

 

Mellody looked at her but shrugged. "You already know my name..."
