Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"How lovely to know... Alright you two, you know what you're doing." I hope...

 

"Yeah." She pulled out her gun just in case she needed it.

Desire spread out her wings as Laya came inside

 

"Don't shoot unless you have to." Lana hissed hurriedly. Stepping into place in front of the other two. They had the evidence, they just needed the girl.

 

"I know."

Laya heard them talking "About time." She called as she put her keys down but she didn't go into the other room

 

"Yes, sorry we took our time. We had to overcome so rather large set backs caused by a mutal 'friend' of ours. An idiot named Kyo I believe. But that's besides the point anyway."

 

"That's why I am thankful Terri killed him. However he did help. So does Matt."

 

"Ah yes, I believe I've met Matt. Quite tall, white-silver hair, around eighteen. Pyscotic streak wider then Russia?"

 

"That would be him."

 

"Thought so." Lana nodded. "Well, I guess we're going to have end this lovely little chat. I assume you know what comes now? So, as cliche as it sounds: You going to come peacefully or are we going to have to drug you or shoot you or something silly like that?"

 

"go ahead. But now is when I win. All I wanted was to get my sister back and revenge. And as a bouns I got to kill some extra crimnals. So Desire....I give up my Death Note and along with my memories!"

"Understood."

She put her head in her hands

 

"Well... That could of gone better..." Lana muttered. "Get her anyway, she might be of some use or another."

 

She sighed. "Right." She said before going and handcuffed Laya.

She laughed a little more. "Don't it stinks to be you." She said before flying through the ceiling

 

"It's one down isn't it..." Lana muttered irratably. "Let's get her back..."

 

She nodded and walked Laya out to the van

 

"Near's not going to be best pleased with this..." Lana sighed as she stepped outside, pulling off her gas mask to show her face, upon which a rather saddened expression rested. She felt as though she'd let everyone down, she had to try and be condescending mindless chatter. How that had back fired on her. And not only had she let the SPK's side down, she'd let Near down too. And that made her feel the worst out of everything that could make her feel so down.
