Mellody shrugged, and started her car, stamping her foot don on the accelorator again...

 

Lana kicked off from the pavement, following after Mellody. Just close enough so she didn't loose her, and certainly not close enough so that anyone watching would assume they were heading for the same place on purpose. After twisting around the various tight corners and dodging a few ill-timed motorists she noticed Mellody was slowing down, which admittedly with the speed that woman went at wouldn't be difficult.

 

Mellody looked around trying to remember where she was going as she noticed Lana coming up beside ehr and shrugged.

 

Lana pulled up beside Mellody's car and pulled off the helmet so she could speak to her. "Please, oh god please say you do have a clue where we're going." She sighed exaperatatedly as she rested her forehead in the palm of her left hand.

 

"maybe..." Mellody nodded unsure. "Maybe it's that way..." She indicated to the left and drove off.

 

"Oh...My...God..." Lana muttered as she pulled her helmet back on over her head. "If she is lost I'm going to bloody kill her..." She pushed off the pavement once again and drove off behind her.

 

Mellody sighed thoughtfully, trying to re-think her plan.

 

Lana followed after Mellody, no longer paying to much attention to where she was. Her eyes were to busy keeping up with Mellody to get where they were going. Her mind however was doing overtime as she ran over and over the previous nights events. Before I met you I didn't have a reason to live. But now I don't want to die as long as I can spend everyday with you The words flowed through her conciousness, how true it was. Not only for him, but for both of them. Lana had wished so much for death in her younger years. Even acting upon that idea in various different attempts at suicide, and now she'd fight with every fibre of her being just to stay alive. Even if the only reason for that was just so Near didn't get hurt.

 

Mellody skidded to a stop, watching Lana drive by a little and simply staring at her.

 

Lana pulled to a stop a little way head, no more then a couple of yards. She jumped off the bike with surprising grace and pulled the helmet off. Shaking her long black hair loose from the confines of the helmet. "We finally here or you just stopping to get your bearings?" She asked in a condensending manner as she walked up to Mellody.

 

"We're here..." Mellody sighed blankly.

 

"Finally, so what do we do now?"

 

"We go inside?" Mellody suggested making a hand gesture.

 

"Good point." Lana said hitting her forhead with the base of her hand. "You first."

 

"Whatever..." Mellody shhrugged walking inside the building.

 

Lana soundlessly followed her in.

 

"3rd floor first room on the right..." Mellody indicated, walking up to the counter.
