Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

He smiled up at her. "I'm glad we met."

 

"I am too..." Lana replied, smiling back at him.

 

"I never really told anyone about that. Only a few people know."

 

"I'm glad you told me..."

 

"Well you deserve to know."

 

"I'm just glad you trust me enough to tell me all of this."

 

"I trust you with my life."

 

"I've noticed." Lana giggled softly. "I don't just trust you with my life, you are my life..."

 

"I live for you, you live for me. That can't be very good."

 

"We just better not go dying on each other... Sounds like one of us dies the other one does too."

 

"Yeah... But if we both die then all of the time we spent together would be forgotten. Almost as if neither of use will be remembered."

 

"We both have to die one day... We just have to make sure it's not any time soon..."

 

He nodded in reply

 

Lana smiled encouragingly at him and hugged him. "I love you..."

 

"I love you too..." He said before sitting back up

 

Lana continued to smile happily as she pulled her knees up in front of her again and rested her head on him. Gazing contently at him.

 

"So you plan on doing that all day?

 

"I could do, but I think you'll get bored before I do."

 

"Most likely."

 

"Exactly." Lana giggled as the hood fell down over her eyes.
