Lana looked away for a moment as she decided which was the better option, staying and maybe getting yelled at or leaving to go find Near as she'd been planning and risk getting taunted. The option to her was obvious: Go find him. Ducking past the blonde and moving quickly into the room she'd seen him last. "I think Mellody's gonna maim me..."

"Sir? You still in still here?" She asked looking around the room and glacing at the wall-mounted mointers.

He waved slightly to her without looking away from the tower of cards he was making

 

"There you are." She laughed softly, she'd though she'd seen the top of his white hair behind the seat he was sat upon. But she hadn't been certain. "You up to much or just playing?" Lana enquired as she walked up behind him. Standing watching over what he was doing.

 

"I got bored."

 

"That quickly?" She asked in surprise "Thought it'd take you longer then an hour or so to get fed up."

 

"Yeah well...everytime someone came they would just leave soon without much of a conversation."

 

"Sorry about that if it was me..." Lana said, looking away in a seemingly casual way when in fact it was a varient of being unable to look him in the eyes she'd taught herself to help in situations where she was feeling bad about something. The glacing away thing had been becoming much, much to compulsive and noticeable.

 

He looked up at her. "You wouldn't happen to be mad at me, would you?"

 

"Huh?" She asked, looking back down at him again. An odd twisting feeling suddenly starting in her stomach as her eyes met his, no signs of her inner awkwardness gracing her outward appearence."Of course I'm not, why?"

 

"You haven't been able to look at me in a while."

"I haven't? Sorry..." She replied, her pulse racing as she grew more and more awkward with the situation. Trying her hardest not to blush, a battle she was currently winning. "Not meaning to. Looking at you now aren't I?"

"Yeah, it was. Sorry I made you think I was mad or something." She said shifting slightly on her feet. Being carful not to look away just in case that aroused more suspicion then if she did glace to the side.
