Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"Well... We've just been talking really... All we really do is just sit and talk to each other about things."

 

"Well, what kind of things?"

 

"Same sort of stuff we have since we started hanging around each other so much. About things that we remember, things that we like, things we hate. Things that scare us. Just normal chatter. And obviously about the case and occasionally we talk about where we're going..."

 

"And where do you think you're going?"

 

"I don't really know... As far as I'm concered I have no life without him, so I'll be with him until death do us part. But with him being sick... And with Kira... That could be any moment of any day..."

 

"Well... all you have is hope Hon, and of course the ability to help them catch Kira: Mellody added smiling as she said it.

 

"I know... That's why I'm with him so much, seeing as anything could happen at any moment I want to spend as much time as possible with him... And we've made some pretty big break throughs together on the case. So it's win-win... right?"

 

"Yes, but this can also be used against you, jsut remember that..."

 

"We know... That's why we're trying to be carefull, but certain people who don't knock on doors before coming in aren't helping matters."

 

"Why don't you just lock the door? i mean, you know how it is here unless the door's locked you're welcomed to come in..."

 

"You always knock before entering someone's own room, it's just good manners. And locking it infers that there's something going on behind the door and says leave me alone for quite some time, closed infers just give me warning before you enter."

 

"Well, no one else here seems to have issues with entering without knocking so yeah" Mellody shrugged. "Just how things work around here i guess."

 

"Still, it's not polite. Everyone acts like he just doesn't do normal things that people shut their doors for. Like he's not even a person."

 

"Well, i don't know about the others, but i wasn't expecting him to have your shirt off so i figured what the hell."

 

OOC- *bumpage* Now... Me thinks we need to carry on with something while Angel is grounded. Even if it's just an RP eqvilliant of a filler story. Who've we got whose willing to help me come up with something that doesn't revolve around the mainstory? And btw, Theory and Blondie aren't doing anything if anyone's interested.

"He was checking the stitches because I tripped over my own feet, hit a wall then hit into the bedside table."Lana repeared, starting to sound a little frustrated that Mellody didn't seem to want to believe that it was innocent. She knew Near well enough to know that chances are that he didn't think of it as a 'sexual' situation like Mellody seemed determined to prove it as. And, surprisingly to even herself, if it wasn't just checking out her stiches rather it was him checking her out she didn't feel any awkwardness about it. Which really made her freak herself out.

 

ooc I find the subject of Near...intersting, Especially the catwomen part xD

"And I'm assuming from your little comments you're alright now? I should really go back, I kinda dropped everything to get here. See ya hun. Just don't kick me again or I'll have to show you the real meaning of a kick." Lana giggled, giving her friend a hug. before heading out of the door and back towards Near's room. Gentley knocking on the door when she arrived.

 

He was laying on the couch while staring at the ceiling. "Come in."

 

"Heyo." Lana smiled as she quietly walked through the door, closing the door behind her with a small click.
